The artwells oracula can't be held responsible for the content of the private shrines and abuses, though efforts will be made to stop abuses.

Candles burn out gradually over time. Any shrine that hasn't had a candle placed in it for several weeks will fade away.

Shrine creators and caretakers are at liberty to remove any candle they find inappropriate or unwelcome.
